This page is for the collection of contact information about you. We only collect what we need and do not share this information with anyone.

Please note that there will also be a separate camp waiver that you will be forwarded to you after registration here, in order to print, complete, and sign.  Do not use the form that you may receive in the mail if you are on the Bow Wave e-mail distribution list, as I will create a special version of it partially filled out with GROUP related information (Rusty Dragons).

There are THREE PAGES to this registration form. Please ensure that as you complete each page that you click on the NEXT button, and then the DONE button on the final page.

This camp will sell out quickly. You must register and pay ASAP (once payment information is revealed by camp organizers in September), and even this does not guarantee your spot if you do not do this immediately. There is a full 100% refund should this happen.

Before registering, you are expected to have read the details of the camp in the "Bow Wave Updates" that Jim Farintosh has sent out.  To get on his e-mail list, e-mail Jim at jfar26@hotmail.com and ask to be added.

We are going to make the assumption that we have 10 or more individuals signing up for this camp, and hence we will collect the lower group rate amount.  Note that we will add to that $15 USD or $20 CAD for miscellaneous team expenses, including a contribution to the end-of-camp team dinner for coach and party for team.  It all goes to our team in the end!
