2018 PTI Union Contract Negotiations Survey

Dear PTI Drivers,

UPSEU and the USW are headed into negotiations for a new labor contract with PTI sometime after March 1st, 2018. We expect these to be difficult and contentious negotiations. In addition to new items, we still have outstanding wage issues that are in federal court and arbitration. Issues from the 2015 Contract need to be resolved.

These negotiations give drivers an opportunity to improve wages, benefits and working conditions. In 2015 we did a similar survey and presented the Company with the summary results at the start of bargaining. The survey made it clear that the Unions bargaining agenda came directly from PTI's drivers. Full participation also sends a strong signal to the Company that its workforce is united and determined.
