Each year, the Business Technology Association provides a comprehensive look at the performance of office technology hardware vendors/manufacturers based on the balloting of independent dealers.

As an independent dealer, please rate your vendors’ performance in the areas listed in the survey below. In addition, third-party providers will be rated in the following categories: remanufactured cartridges, leasing and wholesale distributor. The results will determine the winners of the association's 2018 Channel's Choice Awards.

Instructions: Please name and rate the PRIMARY (the brand that accounts for the most revenue at your dealership) and SECONDARY (the brand that accounts for the second highest revenue at your dealership) vendor/manufacturer with whom you do the most business. Please answer all questions for both your primary and secondary provider in each performance area. Toward the end of the survey are three additional categories to rate third-party providers: remanufactured cartridges, leasing and wholesale distributor. 

Why is BTA asking for your company name, email and ZIP code on the ballot? To ensure that ballots are only received from dealers, not from manufacturers/vendors, and to ensure that only one ballot is submitted per dealership. Ballots that do not include this information cannot be counted. BTA will not share the identities of respondents with any party beyond the Kansas City, Missouri, accounting firm tabulating the results, House Park Dobratz & Wiebler, P.C.  

To show our appreciation, BTA will be drawing for gift cards from among the respondents. There will be five $50 gift cards from among the first 100 respondents and twenty-five $25 gift cards from among all respondents.
