Thank you for your interest in coaching at The First Tee academies.  A diverse pool of applicants (diverse in age, gender, ethnicity, and experience) is imperative to the selection process in order to provide the best academy experience to The First Tee participants.  While the home office selects a mix of new and returning coaches, no coach is able to attend the same academy three consecutive years. 
Our participants will have the opportunity to test and challenge their game in West Palm Beach, Florida. Come join these collegiate hopefuls in helping them grow their game and mentor them for this once in a lifetime experience!
