2018 Training for Educational Support Teams is a training sponsered by The Vermont Freemasons, Vermont Department of Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs and the Vermont Agency of Education.  This training is designed to provide strategies for improved and efficient functioning of a School’s Educational Support Team or Targeted Team. The two-day workshop builds educators skills in identifying at-risk students and providing appropriate guidance. No cost to participants.


·         At least two members of staff who will comprise or are members of their school’s EST or Targeted Team must attend as a team. A parent representative is welcome to accompany the team.

·         Each team will bring behavioral and academic data currently used to identify students at risk.

·         A commitment by the building administrator to integrate this team’s work into the school’s multi-tiered system of support.
