2018 Grace Hill Training Benchmark Survey

Each year Grace Hill invites the multifamily industry to participate in our annual Training Benchmark Survey. The goal of the survey is to better understand the training needs, trends and underlying dynamics affecting the property management industry. Your information will contribute significantly to our analysis of important learning and development benchmarks. We will be developing the Benchmark Report using this data and, as a participant, you will receive a copy of the Benchmark Report at the beginning of next year.

We truly appreciate your input! This survey should take you about 30 minutes to complete. To show our gratitude for completing the survey, you will receive a $10 Amazon gift card  (one per person; a work email address must be used in order to be eligible). If you complete the bonus section at the end of the survey, you will also be entered into a drawing for an Apple watch to be announced in mid-November! 

We value your honest thoughts and will keep all results confidential. The information you provide will never be shared except in aggregate or comments attributed to specific individuals or companies. Additionally, rest assured your contact information is private and will not be shared or sold. It is only because of your participation that we are able to effectively measure and report critical learning and development metrics including budgets, staffing, training programs, delivery methods, and goals.
