Only one registration form per team is to be completed, and principals should not list themselves as a team member in Items 8-11 below. * 12. Note that these trainings are being regionalized so as to minimize participant travel time, and as such, we anticipate that you and your team will attend the session nearest your district. However, teams that are unable to participate in the session situated within their respective region may attend another session.

Please indicate the day-long training that your team is committed to attending. Select only one. Note that all sessions will begin with registration at 8:30 AM, with training kicking off by 9:00 AM and concluding by 3:30 PM. Lunch will be provided.
