ASHHRA is thrilled that you are interested in serving as a member of the ASHHRA Board of Directors. If you have not already done so, go to www.ashhra.org and click on "About ASHHRA," then "Governance" to read the Board Member Charges.

To be considered as a slated candidate, this form must be completed by June 12, 2017. Next, please send your resume and 300 dpi headshot to ashhra@aha.org.
