Discovery Youth Team Application 2018-19

Thank you for your interest in serving on team for the 2018-19 Discovery Retreats. A group of adult team members and youth ministers will be reviewing all applications and building teams for each of our three Discovery Retreats for 2018-19. This application form will help us in our decision process. There are several essay questions in this survey, so please be sure to give thoughtful responses to these essays. This application will take at least 20 minutes to complete.

By completing this application, you are agreeing to serve on any of the three Discovery retreats offered by the diocese. The selection committee will consider your choices for which retreat you prefer to serve on, however, it may not be possible to place you in your first choice retreat.

All applications for Youth Team for 2018-19 should be received by March 25, 2018. Decisions regarding the teams will be communicated to all applicants as soon as possible.
