Our mission is to inspire, catalyze, and advance a community of entrepreneurs. We are an incubator for enterprising ideas and an accelerator for promising ventures.

The Refinery is a program for female entrepreneurs. It offers ideas, inspiration, and motivation to help women to build an action plan and support business growth. The Refinery’s business growth pipeline reflects the lived experience of women, the best practices in accelerators, incubators and community hubs, the research on women and entrepreneurship – and our collective wish that all women can dream, thrive and make a difference. As a project of the Community Innovation Lab, The Refinery is also a marketing partner for members and will host product launches, professional events, and business meetings at the Co-iLab Hub, located at 600 Rossland Road West in Oshawa, Ontario.
