The U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Teachers Award honors elite professionals who have dedicated their careers to developing youth golf in their communities and are known for their overall excellence and commitment to serving young golfers.

APPLICATION DETAILS

It is strongly recommended that you review the Top 50 Kids Teacher Selection Process before continuing to the application. 
  • Only one applicant per facility may apply for this award in any given year. Therefore, please confer with any other staff members to assure that only one application is submitted. Applications from multiple staff members that are teaching or coaching at the same facility will not be considered.
  • The application should be completed in one sitting as your progress can not be saved.
  • The application consists of approximately 20 questions and 4 essays.
  • Uploading a head shot and/or facility image is optional, however, these items will be required of the Top 50 Kids Teacher award recipients.
  • It is recommended that you save or back up your essay questions in a word processor or text editor.
  • Only complete applications will be accepted. Applications are considered complete when clicking, "Submit Application" in the "References" section. Once you click "Submit Appplication" you will be directed to a page confirming the application has been received.
  • Only one application per person will be accepted.
  • Candidates are subject to a background check.
