Dear Resident,

We have developed this short survey to get your input on the different programs and services the city provides. Your participation is vital to the success of Port Orange. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. February 12th, 2017 is the last day you can provide input before the results are analyzed. Paper copies of this survey are available in the City Clerk's Office in City Hall if you would like to complete the survey on paper.

Your responses will give the city a better understanding of how we are performing and which quality of life issues are important to you. They will also assist the city in budgeting and planning for the future of our great community. This is your city, and we want you to be a part of how we can make it best serve you, and the rest of our citizens.

Survey results will be posted on the city’s website (www.port-orange.org) and presented to the City Council. In addition, copies will be available upon request by contacting the City Clerk’s office.
