GENiE: Educating the Global Health Innovator
The 2017 GENiE Conference, the fifth in the series of annual gatherings, is titled “Educating the Global Health Innovator” and will take place at Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts October 6-8.
The Global Educators Network for Health Innovation Education (GENiE) Group was organized in 2012 to address the growing gap between employer needs and business education, especially as it relates to health care innovation. We’ve hosted four conferences since then—the last in Barcelona, Spain—and our membership has grown to over 150 CEOs, educators, capitalists and others, all gathering annually to share their stories about innovation success. Last year, we achieved a significant milestone in hosting the fourth annual conference in collaboration with EIT Health, part of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, the research and development organization of the European Union.
