The AU Sport Club Reporting Survey was introduced in 2012, with the purpose of collecting information from each club to track development from year to year so that AU Sport can provide appropriate assistance and support.
The information collected will be collated and displayed in a graph, indicating whether the action has been achieved, is in progress or has not been achieved. Information will also be used by AU Sport to determine the nominations for the Club of the Year awards. Results will be made available to clubs upon request.
The questions for the survey should be discussed by the entire club committee, rather than answered by just one person. The survey must also be completed in one sitting.
The survey is compulsory for all AU Sport clubs and must be completed by 30 September 2017.
