2017 Burton and Garran Hall Bike Storage Expression of Interest

Please answer the following questions to express your interest in renting a bicycle storage space at B&G

* 1. Would you like to rent a bicycle storage space on the ground floor of central block for $5 per week

* 2. If you sign up for a storage space you will need to abide by/acknowledge the following set of policies/procedures:

1) No bicycle cleats/studs can be worn indoors
2)The hall may require you to move your bike in the event that it needs to have access to the space and your bike is in the way. 
3)You may not do any maintenance on your bike indoors
4) You may not store clothing, shoes, etc. in the storage area
5) You must secure the door when you exit the storage area
6) You must make every effort to clean excess dirt from your bike prior to bringing it into the hall
7) You may not allow any unauthorised person access to the space at any time
8) You must attend a storage orientation meeting prior to having access to the storage area
9) You acknowledge the hall is not responsible for the theft or damage of your bike. You are using the storage space at your own risk. This is a space that is utilised by maintenance staff on a regular basis. It is recommended that you have insurance for your bike.
10) I agree to have the rental fee of $5.00 per week to be charged to my StarRez account and Direct Debited with my fortnightly accommodation charges at the ANU, Burton  & Garran Hall, that being $10.00 per fortnight.
