The 2017 AR-CEC Annual Conference will be held October 25th, 26th & 27th @ Double Tree Hotel/Robinson Center in Little Rock, AR.

Pre-Conferences: Morning of October 25th
Awards Dinner: Evening of October 25th
Conference Sessions/Keynote Sessions: Begin Wednesday, October 25th at 1:00 p.m. and continue through Friday, October 27th at 11:30 a.m.

Demonstration
Sessions in which presenters demonstrate and involve participants in learning activities.

Lecture
Sessions in which individuals present material about a specific topic. Interaction in this format is typically
limited to questions and answers.

Round Table
Sessions in which an individual will present a topic and facilitate discussion among other
professionals with active interaction among all participants.

Teacher to Teacher Session
Are you a teacher who is doing something amazing that you would like to share with other teachers just like you? This is a time for classroom teachers to share "what works," "tricks of the trade," or strategies on common "hot topics." May include but not limited to behavior and classroom management, co-teaching strategies, emerging technology including bring-your-own devices, online learning, apps, UDL, etc.

Make and Take: 90-minute session
Sessions in which presenters provide information on a focused topic with the opportunity for participants to “make and take” materials with them.

Poster Session: 30-minutes session
Sessions where presenters provide brief graphical explanations of their research during informal discussions.

Exhibitor Showcase: Sessions that are presented in regards to a company, product, or service. To present this type of material, you must register as a conference exhibitor.

Presenters will need to provide all other equipment (computers, power cords, etc.) for their presentations.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at this year's AR-CEC Conference. We will notify those selected by the conference committee on or before July 31st, 2017. Accepted presenters will receive a discount code for a reduced conference registration rate.
