Greetings Sociology Seniors,
Each year we survey our graduating seniors for feedback on various aspects of the sociology program. ALL graduating seniors are encouraged to submit this survey, whether you are participating in commencement or not. Your responses assist us in making future improvements.
You will be directed to the Commencement Registration Form after you have completed Part 1 of the Exit Survey.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR COMMENCEMENT IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE PART TWO OF THE SURVEY. AT THE END OF PART ONE DO NOT "QUIT" THE SURVEY; INSTEAD CLICK ON THE LINK THAT IS HIGHLIGHTED FOR PART TWO.
Your responses to Part One of the Exit Survey will be submitted anonymously so we encourage you to be candid in your responses as they are COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL. Part Two ("Future Plans and Commencement Registration") is separate and requires you to submit identifying information.
Please allow approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the Exit Survey and Commencement Registration Form in one sitting. Questions marked with an asterisk require an answer to move forward to the Commencement Registration page.
IF YOU EXIT BEFORE YOU COMPLETE BOTH PARTS 1 AND 2 OF THE SURVEY, YOUR RESPONSES WILL NOT BE SAVED. YOU WILL THEN NEED TO START OVER AGAIN IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR COMMENCEMENT. BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE END OF PART 1.
