* 7. Job preference: Please note your desired job preference below. Every attempt will be made to keep you in this position, but we appreciate your flexibility to cover jobs throughout the event.

Kayak Staging- Getting boats and athletes ready for their heats. Positions are in and around water. Some staging positions require lifting and pulling kayaks.

Race Staging- Holding kayaks and starting races on the starting dock. Positions are around water. Some race staging positions require bending, leaning, sitting, standing.

Timing- Watching races and providing accurate time for athletes. Positions are dry land and in a boat. Positions require the accurate use of a stopwatch.

Support Kayak- AVAILABLE TO SKILLED/EXPERIENCED KAYAKERS ONLY! Positions are in the water (must provide own kayak, PFD, and paddle)

Event Logistics- Assisting with awards, ceremonies, lunch distribution, and registration
