2017 WinterFest Craft Fair

Thank you for registering for the WinterFest Craft Fair on December 9th, from 1-4 pm. We have only a limited number of indoor and outdoor spaces available to Eagle Springs residents in good standing.  A $25 fee per indoor booth and $15 fee per outdoor booth will be associated with this event. No refunds will be given for booths unless the event is canceled due to weather.

Vendors will be assigned spaces on a first come, first served basis. Booths will be located inside and outside the Eagle Springs Clubhouse.  The indoor spaces will be located in the front and back meeting rooms.  Vendors will be given their first choice in space, then default to what's available should their first choice be unavailable.

Vendors **must** be in good standing with the homeowner's association.

We will be limiting the number of "same merchandise" vendors at the fair. Please wait for a confirmation email to ensure you have a space. The earlier you sign up, the better the chances you will receive booth space, as it is first come, first served, and registrations are time stamped. In your confirmation email, a link will be sent to pay.  You will have 3 business days to pay the fee; once the fee is paid, you will receive your booth location.

This event is for crafters and home based businesses only; no brick and mortar stores, please.

Note: For those Independent Consultants for direct selling businesses, we will only have *one* vendor from each of these businesses. A waiting list will be created for same selling businesses in case a vendor needs to cancel.


Registration will close on December 1st at 5pm or when all spaces are full.

Each indoor booth space will be 10 feet wide by about 6 feet deep. These spaces run along the perimeter of the room. Booths will have limited access to electricity. Vendors in these spaces are allowed to set up the night before the event from 6-8 pm. The facility will be locked and armed via security alarm. The facility will open at 11 am the day of the event. All booths must be set up and ready to go at 1 pm, and all vehicles must be removed from the Eagle Springs Clubhouse and surrounding area (Athletic Club and pool area) by 11 am. No tables and chairs will be provided.

Outdoor vendors will have approximately 10 x 10 feet with no access to electricity.

All vendor vehicles may park at Eagle Springs Elementary.
