Thank you for your interest in submitting an educational presentation proposal to WHA for consideration as part of the 2017 education calendar year. 
 
If you have more than one proposed presentation, please submit a separate proposal and include all of the required information for EACH presentation you would like considered. 
 
Important information to Note Regarding Submitted Proposals:
  •  Submissions must be of interest specifically to hospital staff and in line with the WHA mission. Submissions must be educational, not promotional, in nature. 
 
  • It is important to provide all information requested for each proposal submitted. Proposals that are missing information or not submitted via the online form will be removed from consideration.
 
  • By submitting a proposal, you are agreeing to waive your right to be reimbursed by WHA for any speaker fees and for any speaker travel expenses that may be incurred and normally collected by your organization in the process of presenting the proposed educational program. 
 
  • WHA does not guarantee that your specific proposal nor any submitted presentation proposal will be selected, accepted and/or incorporated in to WHA’s education offerings.
 
  • All submissions will be acknowledged with email notification upon receipt. Please do not contact WHA regarding the status of your submission, as the volume of submissions makes it impossible to respond to each inquiry.
