According to data published in a prominent online publication, sixty-percent of community college presidents reported that enrollments are down over the last several years.  In two separate reports conducted by others, one community college district stated that 48% of individuals completing an application for any of its colleges failed to register for class, and the other indicated a 60% rate.  This survey examines, from your perspective as a college president, the significance of potential barriers constituents in your service area face that prevent them from attending college. Results from this survey will be published, and Community College Partners will make the findings available, at no cost, on our website.
