People Awards go to those who represent the essence of contact centre excellence; dedicated representatives who do their best on every customer contact and leaders who excel in leading, mentoring and training their teams. Each Representative/Leader of the Year whose name is submitted will receive recognition alongside their peers.

The Partner Award is an opportunity to recognize individual(s) from your contact centre’s partnering business units: Quality, HR, Training, IT or other. There will be a charge of $125.00 per submission. For group recognition in this category please contact MCCA directly.
