Your Feedback is Important

The Town of Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department is conducting a survey to better learn about the community’s desires for parks, recreation, and cultural resources. Your participation in this assessment will help form a vision for future facilities, programs and services.

Please support this effort by taking a few minutes to fill out the attached survey. This is your opportunity to tell us what your household would like to see in the future. Your responses are very important.  Even if you do not currently use our parks, trails, recreation and cultural resources, we still want to hear from you.

We encourage you to discuss these survey questions with other members of your family so that the answers reflect combined opinions. ALL responses are important to us and will be kept confidential.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how we are doing. Your input is greatly appreciated.
