Posters Abstract Submission

Dear Colleague,

Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster at the 2017 HBA Annual Conference, which will take place from November 6-8, in Philadelphia.

Several important notes:

1) Before submitting an abstract, please fully review the "Call for Posters" booklet.

2) To avoid "timing out" of this application, we recommended that you prepare your abstract as a Word or other document and save it on your computer. Then cut and paste information from the saved document into the appropriate fields in this online submission portal.

3) Partial/incomplete submissions are NOT saved by the system.

4) If you do not receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract within five (5) business days of submission, assume it was not received and email conference@hbanet.org to check status. Please put "Poster Inquiry" in the subject line of your email.

The Call for Posters will close on Friday, June 30, 2017.

Thank you for your interest in sharing your initiative with 2017 HBA Annual Conference attendees, and good luck with your submission.
