Process Overview
Thank you for submitting a session proposal to present at the 2017 NCGS Conference, Education Innovation: Building Cultures of Creativity, which will take place:
June 25-27, 2017

We recommend you visit the 2017 NCGS Conference section of the NCGS website (www.ncgs.org) to read the information on the "Call for Proposals" page (LINK TO BE PROVIDED) before you begin the submission process. You will not be able to save your progress, so please be sure to have the following information ready before beginning:
• Session format
• Session title
• Session description (100 word maximum)
• Grades and professional roles (e.g. heads of school, teachers, etc.) to which your session will be directed
• Name and full contact information for each presenter
If you do not have the requisite details, please exit and return to this website when you are ready to submit. You may propose more than one session, but you must submit a separate online application for each.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly encourage all members of a school community - teachers, administrators, fundraisers, admissions, communications, and more - to submit a proposal so we may offer as robust and broad a program as possible.
The deadline for proposals is Monday, December 19, 2016.
Acceptance and declination notifications will be sent via email during the week of February 6, 2017.
