Thank you to you and your group for participating in the Lake Host Program this summer!

All organizations that participated in the NH LAKES 2017 Lake Host Program must complete and submit a FINAL REPORT SURVEY by October 1, 2017 (if your group is continuing through Columbus Day weekend, please submit your completed survey by October 21). Your group's survey should be completed by the person who was most closely involved with the local administration of the program – usually the Point Person.

Please respond to all questions below.

Thank you, in advance, for your time and feedback - your group's experiences and suggestions will help ensure that the Lake Host Program continues to be an effective approach to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species and that serving as a Lake Host is a rewarding experience for years to come.

Sincerely,

Andrea LaMoreaux
Vice President
