Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for our 2017 professional development series and/or Annual Conference. 

Before you begin your submission, please take note of the following: 

·         Professional development sessions or webinars are intended to be held in various locations across Canada throughout the year in 2017.

·         The 2017 Annual Corporate Governance Conference workshops, breakout sessions, or keynote addresses will be held in St. John's Newfoundland, August 20 - 23, 2017.

·         If you are selected as a speaker, GPC will provide you with complimentary attendance (including meals and materials) for the full event in which you will be presenting. Travel and accommodation are at the sole responsibility of the speaker(s) unless otherwise negotiated with GPC prior to your speaking engagement.

·         GPC will expect speakers to provide a PowerPoint presentation, supporting material and/or documentation as part of the enhancement and engagement of the session for attendees.

·         All speakers must be prepared to present their information and content in an educational manner, with no reference to commercial endeavors, products, services or self-promotion.

·         Please note that only proposals selected for session development will be contacted.

·         Submissions are due by Friday, January 13, 2017
