General Info

Thank you for your interest in Avid4 Adventure's Financial Assistance Program for day camps and overnight camp. THIS APPLICATION IS CURRENTLY ONLY OPEN TO APPLICANTS FOR THE LEADERSHIP CAMP FOR HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS IN BOULDER, STUDENTS AT VHM CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, AND STUDENTS AT BANCROFT ELEMENTARY.

Avid4 Adventure strives to serve as many kids as possible through its financial assistance program. In order to make this possible, all Overnight Camp applications are reviewed in the final two weeks of March and all Day Camp applications are reviewed in the final two weeks of April (see exceptions above for day camps reviewed in May).  Scholarship awards will be made by 3/31 for Overnight Camp and 5/21 for Day Camps.  If selected, you will be awarded a specific week and camp.  Unfortunately, not all camps and weeks will have space available for financial assistance recipients.

If awarded, Avid4 Adventure proudly provides significant assistance for families with a household income less than $100,000:
0-55K Household Income-
Avid4 pays up to 100% of your camp tuition and Extended Care (Day Camp only).

Please note that all financial assistance registrations incur a $25 registration fee, including 100% assistance awards.

Please read the following guidelines prior to applying for financial assistance:

*  PLEASE note that proof of household income via a previous year tax return and/or recent pay stub(s) must be provided if requested by Avid4 Adventure in order for assistance to be granted.

*  PLEASE ensure that the application is completely filled out in order for it to be considered.
