Please review our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the Cancellation Request Form.
Refunds are based on the following dates:
•Refund requests submitted prior to or on June 1st – 100% of workshop fees will be refunded (ticketing fees will NOT be refunded);
•Refund requests submitted after June 1st until June 23rd - 50% of workshop fees will be refunded (ticketing fees will NOT be refunded);
•Refund requests submitted after June 23rd - NO refunds will be given.

NOTE: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your Cancellation Request Form. If you do NOT receive this confirmation email, please call Berea Tourism at 800-598-5263 immediately to ensure your cancellation is processed! Cancellations are NOT valid until you receive this cancellation email!
If a workshop is cancelled, registrants will be given the option for a full refund or transfer of that workshop's registration fee to a different workshop of choice.

Please Note:
A ticketing fee will be added for processing each workshop registration, with a maximum of $3.50 per workshop. Ticketing fee(s) will be added to your invoice based on the individual workshop fee(s). See details below.

Up to $9.99 = $1.50
$10 - $19.99 = $2.00
$20 - $29.99 = $2.50
$30 - $39.99 = $3.00
$40 + over = $3.50
