All corporate or affiliate events involving AANEM meeting attendees must be reviewed and approved by the AANEM Executive Office. An affiliate meeting access fee may be charged by the AANEM when members and/or meeting attendees are participating in an affiliate event that takes place during the official AANEM Annual Meeting dates and requires the release of space at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge where the AANEM has contracted meeting space reserved.
 
Affiliate events involving meeting attendees of the 2017 AANEM Annual Meeting are allowed during the following dates/times, but are subject to change by the AANEM:
  • Tuesday, September 12: All day. (NOTE: AANEM Board of Directors and Committee Chairs meet from 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
  • Wednesday, September 13: After 7:00 pm
  • Thursday, September 14: After 6:30 pm 
  • Friday, September 15: After 5:30 pm
  • Saturday, September 16: After 12:30 pm
  • Each affiliate event must be submitted separately using the electronic Affiliate Event Application Form. Only companies exhibiting at the AANEM Annual Meeting are eligible to host affiliate events during the annual meeting dates.
