Library Services/Programs for Persons with Dementia - 2017

Question Title

* 1. The Alzheimer's & Related Dementias Interest Group (IGARD) would like to update its 2015 National Survey of Current Practices, which can be found on the IGARD webpage under Best Practices. We are seeking input from librarians across the country to assist with the development of a comprehensive list of current practices.

If your library is currently offering services and/or programming directly to members of your community diagnosed with dementia, please self identify by completing this survey. If you responded to the 2015 survey, we would appreciate an updated response.

IGARD is a part of the Association of Specialized and Cooperative Library Agencies (ASCLA) which is a division of the American Library Association (ALA).
