2017 Peachtree City Registration Form

This registration form is for the "PEACHTREE CITY ROTARY DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL" dragon boat racing teams. Registration is open to anyone. As this is a team that comes together for this one event, and we have no practices as a team until we are down in Georgia, each registrant is expected to have practiced with another team this summer. You must specify below which of the two teams you are registering for - either the "Motley Crew & Friends" mixed team, the "Pink Crusaders & Friends" team (breast cancer survivor team).

This form will only take a few minutes to complete. It contains important information to help plan for the team. We only collect what we need and do not share this information with anyone.
