Survey Information

Thank you for taking the time to complete the generationOn Clubs Survey. The survey should take between 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey asks questions about your Club members, community impact, youth outcomes and generationOn resources.

The Clubs Survey helps staff create tools and resources and build programming that inspires, mobilizes and equips youth to become changemakers in their community and the world through service. If you have any questions about the survey, please email Rouella at rramos@generationOn.org.
