Session Moderator: Makes introductions, manages the discussion, and engages the audience

Session Monitor: Assists the session moderation, keeps track of time, distributes handouts, collects evaluations

Food Service Support: Completes set-up and distribution for meal service at breakfast and lunch

Evaluation Data Entry: Enters evaluation responses into an on-line database after the end of session
