We're searching for your local favorites -- the Best of Yuba-Sutter 2016. Help us decide by filling out this survey. The best in each category will be featured in our annual publication, Best of Yuba-Sutter publishing Sunday, September 25.
Wherever possible, please include a location because many local businesses have multiple locations. Each location is different. In the event a nominee can't be located, your vote will be disqualified.

2016 Best of Yuba-Sutter Official Rules:
1. Complete survey online only at www.appeal-democrat.com
2. One entry per person. One entry per IP address. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. The Appeal-Democrat expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries and/or votes that we believe in good-faith have not abided by these official rules. Multiple email addresses per individual will be disqualified.
3. Qualifying ballots must have a minimum of 30 categories marked and include name, address, phone number and email address to be counted. Ballots with missing data will be disqualified.
4. All categories pertain to businesses, people and activities in Yuba-Sutter unless otherwise stated. For businesses with multiple locations, please include all addresses.
5. Submission deadline is 5 pm, July 31, 2016.
6. No award will be given in categories receiving fewer than 15 votes.
7. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these official rules. The decisions of the Appeal-Democrat are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
8. All entries become property of the Appeal-Democrat.
9. The Appeal-Democrat reserves the right to amend these rules, or terminate, suspend or modify the contest at its sole discretion, and the Appeal-Democrat shall have no responsibility for any damages arising therefrom.
10. By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Appeal-Democrat, their parent and affiliated entities, from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance, participation or disqualification in this promotion.
