THANK YOU for serving as a Lake Host this summer!

On behalf of NH LAKES, I invite you to tell us what you thought of the 2016 Lake Host Program. We want to hear about what you liked and didn't like, about your observations and interactions with boaters, and your suggestions about how the program could be improved. Please take a few minutes to answer the survey questions below. Most of the questions are multiple choice and it shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Your feedback will help ensure that the Lake Host Program is an effective tool in preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species and that serving as a Lake Host is a rewarding experience for people like you for years to come.

Please complete this survey by September 30, 2016. If you are unable to complete it online, please print it out and mail it to us at: NH LAKES, 14 Horseshoe Pond Lane, Concord, NH 03301.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Andrea LaMoreaux
Vice President
