Phoenix Pride Grand Marshal Nomination Form
Do you know someone who has made significant contributions to the LGBTQ community in the area(s) of: political advocacy, fundraising, education, awareness, public policy, promoting diversity and respect for all people in the Phoenix area? If so, you should nominate him or her to be the Phoenix Pride Parade Grand Marshal.
Every year, Phoenix Pride highlights the work and accomplishments of an outstanding member of our community. The Grand Marshal is recognized for their support and contributions to the Phoenix LGBTQ community. They lead the Phoenix Pride Parade and the community is given the opportunity to learn more about what drives them to serve.
We will be accepting nominations for the Phoenix Pride Parade Grand Marshal until February 15, 2016.
Nominees should be individuals of upstanding character, and have a history of service to members of the LGBTQ community in Phoenix. To help our committee better understand your nominee, you will be asked to submit a brief 200 word statement that summarizes the work and dedication of the individual you're nominating.
