With more than 120 events worldwide registered on the candlelight memorial website; we thank you for taking your time to report on the Candlelight Memorial event that you (and your team) organised.
We would very much like to hear about your experiences and how the event went. In addition, we have included some short questions evaluating the support you received in organising your event.
We estimate the multiple choice questions will take about 20 minutes to complete. The open text questions may take longer. In total, there are 41 questions.
