ISA Class Associations Satisfaction Survey 2016

The annual Satisfaction Survey is undertaken as part of the Irish Sailing Association's five year Strategic Plan. The feedback of stakeholders, particularly that of Clubs, Training Centres and Affiliated Classes, is an important metric for the Board to be aware of, as it allows us to understand the impact of this Strategic Plan. 

Clubs, Training Centres and Affiliated Classes are being circulated with a questionnaire targeted at their particular areas of activity.  Other affiliated organisations are being contacted directly.

There is no requirement for you to research statistics - your perception of what is happening is being sought. The results of the survey will be aggregated and made available to members.
