WTTW encourages and gathers feedback from a variety of sources. This survey is the 2015 annual survey produced by the Community Engagement Committee for WTTW's Community Advisory Board (CAB).

This survey seeks your input into WTTW's programming. Your feedback will be carefully considered by the Community Engagement Committee, by the CAB, and is also presented to WTTW station management and to the WTTW Board of Trustees.
