For the 3rd year running, I'm building a picture of the creative economy of Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole. As with the previous two iterations I'll publish the results in an interesting fashion that will be of benefit to us all, but in order to so I could really do with your help.

Hopefully you'll have seen what I do with the results and you trust me to treat the information you offer with the sensitivity it deserves (if you haven't, get in touch and I'll point you towards previous examples).

So with that in mind: there's not too many questions and the whole survey shouldn't take you too long to complete, you won't have to think too hard and none of the answers will implicate you in anything nefarious. I promise...

* 1. What is your business called or more specifically, what do you trade as (this might simply be your name if you're freelance)?

Right then, you should've raced through those questions without too much trouble. This following few require you to remember some stuff (nothing too taxing I promise) and will help create some very useful comparative statistics...

OK, so I'm aware I asked you to think for those last four questions - but it wasn't too tough was it?
Now at first glance these next three questions might appear a little sensitive. I can assure you they're not and whatever answer you might offer will, along with all of the other answers you've given, be dealt with in the utmost confidence...

You're almost there! Just one more question to go and out of all of them, this one probably requires the most candid answer. I know I've asked a lot of you already but the answers to this last question could prove very useful indeed. So if you could spare it some thought and then I'll leave you in peace!
