Greetings!
We are grateful for your leadership of 2014-2015 New Jersey Bonner AmeriCorps Program. Your efforts to recruit, train and manage AmeriCorps members who are dedicated to serving the community are much appreciated this past year.
The following survey questions ask you to report on the demographic data required by the Corporation for National and Community Service.
****Additionally you will be asked to provide narrative related to Member activity in the areas of adult education/job skill development, food security, and youth education. If you see your campus or agency name in parenthesis, please include narrative on your Member(s) activity.
The reporting period for the fourth quarter is 6/30/2015 - 9/30/15.
However, please make sure your logs include cumulative totals from the past year (9/1/2014-9/30/15).
Please complete this survey by 5 pm on October 7, 2015.
