MKN Pre-College Student Leadership Conference 2013:

Who – All students and staff of Pre-College Programs

What – The Pre-College Student Leadership Conference of 2013 – Forge Your Future: Preparing Yourself for the College

Where – On the campus of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri

When – Friday, June 21st through Sunday, June 23rd 2013

Why – To provide an opportunity for Pre-College programs to come together for educational, developmental and experiential opportunities while promoting college preparation, utilization of resources and acquisition of transferable skills.

We, the conference steering committee, are preparing for an informative, interactive, productive and fun-filled weekend focused around preparing pre-college students for the college experience. This college preparation conference will be student-focused, empowering, and motivating! Additionally, this summer’s conference will offer a set of TRiO Roundtables specifically for professional staff centered around student preparation which will coincide with the student-focused workshops.
