NCRC will select scholarship recipients and send an award confirmation on a rolling basis. Travel must be booked and paid for by the recipient and will be reimbursed once the recipient has completed their courses and receipts are received by NCRC. Travel reimbursements will not exceed $450. For example a plane ticket in the amount of $600, a recipient will still only receive $450 (air, bus, train). Likewise, a plane ticket in the amount of $200 will only be paid $200. NCRC will contact all persons who request scholarships, regardless of whether or not they receive an award. No more than two rooms will be provided per organization. Hotel reservations will be booked by NCRC and will be at the location of the training. A credit card will be requested of the recipient upon check-in at the hotel.
