Introduction
200 lunges may seem like a lot - it can sound a bit daunting. If you're interested in building strength in your quadriceps and glutes, follow this 6 to 8 week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 200 consecutive lunges!

Think there's no way you could do this? We think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal.

Before you begin the challenge you should obtain medical advice and clearance from your doctor.

Instructions
  1. View and download the program materials on the 200 Lunge Challenge webpage.
  2. Complete the Initial Test.
  3. Complete each week’s training schedule, giving yourself at least 24 hours in between training days to allow your muscles to recover. A recommended training schedule would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  4. Take the Final Test. This is where all your hard work pays off!
  5. Complete the online 200 Lunge Challenge Completion Form. Points will be updated in ADP by the 15th of the following month. You will be entered into the seasonal drawing based on the date you complete the challenge.
*All gift cards are subject to taxation.
** This challenge can be completed once per reporting year (March - February) for points.
