Thank you for participating in the 1st & 6th Wards community survey!

The City’s Planning Bureau has developed a set of questions designed to evaluate the importance of certain neighborhood services and features and measure satisfaction among residents and visitors. Results will be analyzed and incorporated within a larger neighborhood plan with the goal of improving upon the amenities that you have come to expect and enjoy. Be assured that the survey results will be treated in aggregate form, and all your answers will be kept confidential.

In appreciation of your participation, respondents will have the opportunity to enter a raffle with prizes ranging from gift cards to local businesses, bus passes and passes to City swimming pools. To participate, please fill out the details requested at the end of the survey form. Winners will be drawn at the end of the survey period and notified by email or telephone.
