TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By clicking "agree" below, you are agreeing that you have read and agree with each bullet point listed below.

Signing this agreement indicates firm commitment (non-cancelable) of the above sponsorship(s) in accordance with the corresponding fees.
MISBO and Sponsor agree that the activities contemplated by this Agreement have a specific and limited scope and that nothing in this Agreement construes/implies MISBO's approval, endorsement, or referral of any Sponsor product or service.
Sponsor agrees to comply with all conference-related deadlines provided by MISBO, including but not limited to deadlines for logos, ads and registration.
According to the sponsorship selected, MISBO will provide appropriate acknowledgement and recognition of the Sponsor.
MISBO does not guarantee attendance numbers at the sponsored event(s).
Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that MISBO can deny Sponsor's application at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that MISBO can terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
By executing this Agreement, Sponsor hereby grants to MISBO the limited right to use the Sponsor's name and logo(s).
The only permissible uses of any MISBO or Sponsor proprietary property, such as names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or copyrights are as stated in this Agreement and any further use requires the prior written approval of the owner of such property.
Sponsor also agrees to not schedule any sponsor-hosted event during the stated program times as provided by MISBO.
Sponsor hereby indemnifies and holds MISBO harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), and liability whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, out of Sponsor's actions or inaction at, or participation in, the program (including but not limited to any injury or damage which Sponsor may suffer as a result of Sponsor's participation in the program).

If for any reason MISBO needs to cancel this conference, the following refund policy will apply:

For cancellations more than 180 days prior to the conference sponsor will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.
For cancellations from 120 - 179 days prior to the conference sponsor will receive an 80% refund of all fees paid.
For cancellations from 60 - 119 days prior to the conference sponsor will receive a 65% refund of all fees paid.
For cancellations less than 60 days prior to the conference sponsor will have the option to receive a credit of 50% of the fees paid toward the subsequent year's conference or a 50% refund of all fees paid.
No refunds shall be made for travel expenses related to the conference. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airlines tickets do so at their own risk.
