Conference Session Title, Description and Presenter Intake

In an effort to consolidate the information needed for the Conference WSTA is asking that you fill out the questions below for your Conference Session.  This will assist staff in keeping all the Session information in one spot. 

Please call or email Justin Leighton with questions.   We would like all session information in as soon as possible - hard deadline will be June 20th.

WSTA is limited in its time slots.  We will be rotating through the three days between 60 and 90 minute sessions.  Staff will do their best to accommodate.

This assists WSTA in having a complete program and saves time tracking it down later.

Do you or your presenters need anything specific?  Each session room will be equipped with a powerpoint projector, computer and the larger rooms with a microphone.  Please indicate if you need anything specific. On site copies will be difficult to manage - we ask that you or your presenters help print any copies before hand.
