Conference Information

- Each person attending the conference is REQUIRED to create an account and register individually via this web-link: https://txr19.escworks.net. When registering, please use session #181169.

- All rooms will be equipped with a projector, screen, and laptop. Feel free to bring your own laptop if you wish.

- All breakout sessions are one hour in length. Finalized presentation schedules and assigned room numbers will be sent out prior to the conference.

- Please bring a "clicker" if you wish, to advance your presentation slides during your session.

- All rooms will have seating available. Capacity per room will range from 13 - 250.

- It is recommended that presenters provide electronic presentation materials, handouts and/ or follow-up materials for participants during and after the session.

- If you require special equipment or software, please bring it with you and check for compatibility before the conference date.

- Please provide us with a copy of your presentation or other resources so that it may be uploaded to our website for participants wishing to download your material.

- About 500 total attendees are expected at this year's conference.

- The 2019 CTE Conference will take place on Wednesday, June 12th at the El Paso Convention Center, 1 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, TX 79901 from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
