Thank you for your interest in renewing your partnership with Minnesota Alliance With Youth for our 2018-2019 AmeriCorps service term! This application is specifically for host sites currently hosting AmeriCorps members in 2017-2018. We recommend using your 2017-2018 host site application for reference when completing this application. If you would like a pdf version of that application, please email Bette at bbenson@mnyouth.net for a PDF copy. You will not be able to save and return to this online form, so please use this word document to prepare your answers ahead of time and then copy/paste responses into this application for formal submission.
